Daily Brief showing 5 overdue items and 1 awaiting reply, ranked, with the day's calendar beside them

What is in the workspace

Daily brief

Every morning starts with what needs you.

Overdue and due-today work is ranked above everything else, with the day's calendar beside it. Reply in the thread, schedule, complete, or snooze one day — straight from the card, before the first showing.

  • Counts for overdue, due today, awaiting your reply, and total active.
  • Tasks arrive from journeys, messages, and e-signature events as well as by hand.
  • Calendar in day, 2-day, week, or month view, synced from Microsoft 365 or Google.

Now & Today list ranking three cards: a CMA for Marcus Lee overdue 10 days, a criteria follow-up for Jordan Blake, and closing documents for Aisha Johnson, each with View & Act, Complete, and Snooze 1 Day

Journeys

Every client on a stage. The checklist changes with the stage.

Buying, selling, and leasing each run on their own rail. Every journey carries a stage checklist, notes, messages, and documents; buying and selling add scheduling and key dates. When the stage is done, one explicit action moves the client forward and the next checklist appears.

Prospecting and conversations

Every prospect has a next follow-up date. The overdue ones are at the top.

Log the call, add a note, and when someone is ready, Convert to client starts their journey. Connect Microsoft 365 or Google mail and calendar, Twilio SMS, and WhatsApp. Client conversations you have not tracked yet show up as suggested workstreams, and one click starts a journey from any of them.

  • Lead status and outreach state on every card (New, Sent message, Left voicemail, Booked), with Log outreach, Notes, and Convert to client.
  • Threads land in one inbox with a category and priority set by keyword rules. Change either one by hand, and link the thread to the contact or journey it belongs to. Every message to a client is written by you.
  • Import up to the last 90 days of mail and calendar on day one.

Documents

The listing agreement is generated from what you already typed, sent for signature, and filed to the stage.

Generate a buyer representation or listing agreement from the journey, send the DocuSign envelope, and file the signed copy on the stage it belongs to. Upload your own fillable PDFs as templates or build one in the editor.

  • Maryland buyer representation and listing agreement templates are included; edit them or replace them with your brokerage's forms.
  • Owner report, service invoice, and work order templates for property operations, with your logo.
  • Export completed documents as a package for brokerage submission.

Property operations

The plumber, the invoice, and the owner report live on the same property as the tenant.

If you manage a few rentals, they belong in the same workspace as your buyers and sellers. Properties, units, owners, tenants, and leases sit on the same records as your clients. Work orders run from request to completion evidence with a vendor, an estimate, and a date. Urgent and emergency jobs surface first.

  • Property cards show open work orders and unpaid invoices at a glance.
  • Vendors by trade, with dispatch priority set per property.
  • Owner reports and service invoices generated from templates.

Built for agents who manage some rentals alongside a sales business. It replaces the spreadsheet and the text thread, and keeps every door on the same records as your clients.

Your data

Your data stays yours

Your records belong to your business. Here is how Riddle treats them.

What we use it for

To run the service: show you your own records, connect the mailboxes and calendars you authorize, bill you through Stripe, and fix problems you report. Hosted on Microsoft Azure in the United States.

Who can see it

Your workspace and the people you invite into it. Your records are kept apart from every other customer's, and are never sold or shared with advertisers. Stripe holds your card details, not Riddle.

How you leave

Export contacts and documents from inside the product any time. After you cancel, export stays open for 30 days. Cancel online or by email.

Encrypted in transit and at rest. Read the Security and data page.
