Every feature is included. 14-day free trial with a card on file, first paid month $250 on the monthly plan, then $500 a month or $5,000 a year. One subscription instead of the five tools you staple together.

How billing works
Do I need a card to start the trial?
Yes. Stripe saves your card when you start. Nothing is charged for 14 days. Cancel before day 15 and you pay nothing.
What happens on day 15?
On the monthly plan, the first charge is $250 for your first paid month, then $500 a month. On the yearly plan, the first charge is $5,000 for the year. Both renew automatically until you cancel. We email you before the trial converts.
Does the first-month discount apply to the yearly plan?
No. The $250 first month is for the monthly plan only. The yearly plan is $5,000 billed in advance, which is two months less than paying monthly.
Is sales tax included?
No. Applicable sales tax is added at checkout and shown on the Stripe receipt.
How do I cancel?
Email billing@riddledevs.com from your billing address and we cancel at period end within one business day, or use the Stripe billing portal if a link is in your Stripe emails. Access runs to the end of the period you paid for.
Are there refunds?
Cancel at least one day before a scheduled charge and it is not made. A term that has already been billed is not refunded, with one exception: if we fail to create your workspace after checkout and do not fix it within five business days of your written notice, we refund what was charged.
What happens to my data if I leave?
Export contacts and documents from inside the product at any time. After cancellation your data stays exportable for 30 days. We do not sell it or share it for advertising.
Can my assistant or team sign in?
Yes, with a role. You invite a team member into the one workspace as owner, manager, agent, assistant, or viewer, and you decide what each one sees for contacts and communications. Delegations are records you track inside the workspace, not separate sign-ins.
Prices exclude applicable sales tax. Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled; Maryland automatic-renewal disclosures are shown at checkout and in the Subscription Agreement. Price changes on 30 days' notice. Riddle, LLC, Laurel, Maryland.
